November 2025 Our Tahitian vanilla Grands Crus have been awarded the 2026 Gold Medal at the 1001 DEGUSTATIONS competition in France.

Magnificent long, plump, and oily pod that fills our nostrils with warm, exotic, gourmet, and woody aromas. An exceptional product is revealed to us. The pod is full of ultra-fine, rich black seeds, caviar-like, developing captivating flavors that transport us on a journey to the islands of the Pacific Ocean. Splendid, fat, shiny, fleshy pods awaken all our senses. On opening, the tip of the knife is adorned with fat black micro-pearls, like pastry chef caviar, developing spicy, roasted scents that take us back to the regressive pleasure of vanilla rice pudding or vanilla flan. When infused, noble milk or cream reveals a fine, intense, gourmand aroma. Great exceptional product!
